In Ethiopia our doors are open almost all day but in US & Europe doors & windows are closed all the time due to multiple reasons, and we know the smell of berber & onion, it needs open air

Here in the US regular onion is cheap but we always buy organic ones for this reason. The other is cook ones every 10-15 days store it in fridge in large portions but the game changer has been the use of 'etan' frankincense to get rid of the smell from home and reduces the smell significantly.
