‏***Lemon cream:
‏*Cream cheese + *Lemon curd
‏* Cream cheese:
‏Soft butter 15 grams
‏Cheese (Mascarpone) 80 grams
‏Sugar 1/8 cup
‏1 large egg yolk
‏Vanilla 1/4 tsp
‏flour 1 tbsp
‏*Lemon curd:
‏60 grams of eggs (2 small ones)
‏vanilla 1/2 tsp
‏Sugar 30 grams
‏Salt 1/8 g
‏Zest half a medium lemon
‏25 grams of fresh lemon juice
‏Breakfast cream 15 grams
‏Soft Butter 50 grams
‏White chocolate 20 grams
***Lemon cake:
Sugar 150 grams
Zest half a medium lemon
Cake flour 150 grams
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
sweet boil 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yuna high-fat yogurt 100 grams
Cream 100 grams
2 large eggs
vanilla 1/2 tsp
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
***Strawberry marmalade
Strawberries: 350 grams
Shaker: 3 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Gelatin powder: 1/2 tsp
We put all the ingredients on low heat until it thickens, then we stir it with any device we have.
(The amount of sugar can vary between 2-6 tbsp depending on the taste of the strawberries)
‏***Filling:
‏Lemon cream -
‏Heavy cream 180 gr + suger powder 70 -gr
‏Strawberry marmalade -
‏The size of the mold is 15-12 cm
‏*In all the cakes, turn on the oven a quarter of an hour before using to reach the temperature*
‏Cooking time and temperature:
‏40-50 minutes
‏180 degrees Celsius gas oven
‏160 degrees Celsius electric oven
‏(I baked for 40 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius in the toaster - the temperature is from the bottom - the temperature of your oven may be different, check with a wooden skewer after 40 minutes and do not open the oven door before that)
