Trying to paint Kevin as a victim in light of what has happened to HIS children is pathetic. HE had a responsibility to PROTECT THOSE KIDS. He left because he didn't like his treatment but he LEFT THOSE KIDS BEHIND WITH NO PROTECTION. SCREW HIS MARRIAGE! Those KIDS are what was important. He was a complete follower as a parent long before Jody Hildebrand became involved in his family.

According to the video, Ruby was the one that wanted Kevin out of the house. She kicked him out and said to stay away from the family and do not contact them. This was under the guise that it would help their marriage heal so he could get back together with her. To me, it seems that Ruby was manipulating him. But I do agree that as a father, he has a shared responsibility to make sure his children are safe and healthy.

Kevin was ridiculously too nice and failed to lawyer up from the moment his wife separated him from his kids. This, although shocking to the rest of the world, is pretty common among good LDS men. Why? Bc the good ones will do extremely naive things like Kevin did so they feel they did absolutely EVERYTHING in their power for not to divorce.

The father has only been out of the home for about a year, so what was he doing the previous two years when family members were calling the cops and trying to get help? I was raised by a narcissistic mother and my father was almost powerless to get around her machinations of control. Painting Kevin as a victim isn't going to fly. He was just as happy to go along with the cult of Jodi Hildebrand's Connexions. He supported using food deprivation as a form of punishment with kids as young as 5 years old. He supported making his son sleep on a bean bag for 7 months, a growing teenager who had to get to school, all because he played a HARMLESS prank on his little brother. Admitting that he "obeyed" Ruby & Jodi's directive that he cut contact with his own kids in order to get his marriage back together is doing that pathetic excuse for a man & father any favors! Those kids, who didn't ask to be born should have been the priority.It's the least he could have done considering he & his psycho wife became millionaires exploiting those kids on this platform for years depriving them privacy, dignity & friends as their POS parents laughed at the pain they caused their kids for $$.

As soon as prosecutors face public pressure to charge the father for his negligence and failure to protect his children, he might well be prosecuted - so listen up, believe his lawyer, and put your critical thinking ability on the back shelf.

I’m not forgetting that - except it’s not the Frankes, it’s just his client he’s paid to paint that picture about. What I’m seeing is that he’s just making people hate his client more. He’s certainly not doing his job.

@@galeabernathy3921 Kevin played an active part in Jodi Hildebrandt's awful "therapy". He didn't call the police or PCS. His only thought was that he wanted to keep his job at BYU. Ruby's siblings tried to get him to raise the alarm. He didn't. His standing in the LDS church was all important to him. He's not fit to parent the children .

And also, police action could not be taken until it was visibly physically extremely noticeable because the kids were (very reasonably) terrified to give any type of verbal testimony to police before it escalated even more horrifically. Ruby went to the hospital and asked to see her son. I don’t know how she knew he was there, but it has been reported that Jodi was at or near the Ivins home, so she probably told Ruby. At the hospital Ruby was told that the police wanted to talk to her and she left. That’s probably when she called Kevin.

Delinquent father and weak. If you are a father, you have to be a father every day, you don’t listen to anyone tell you that you can’t see your kids. A father has to make sure to see your kids and make sure that they’re OK. This man is just as culpable as the mother. He didn’t take care of his kids or put them first. So horrible!

I suggest everyone watch Jessi Hildebrandt interview. Jodis neice and then watch Adam Paul interview.Jodi had moved in last year and had seperated them for therapy reasons.Then she made him move out.Jodi connextions gave him a binder of rules and stipulations of what he had to do .This is jodis therapy tactics .PLEASE WATCH THOSE INTERVIEWS IT WILL ANSWER EVERYONES QUESTIONS.
