That's a good point. I think he's now entered the realm where he is not at all believable. He would've probably have been better off to deny, deny, deny and just say the surveillance footage, cell phone pings, etc. was bogus. This case is a easy one. BK is the killer. The DNA tells the story if the chain of custody is good. Along with cell phone pings. The car in the area. There was no drug hit or any roommate hating another. This was BK a stalker who was looking for girls who may want to trade sex for drugs. Then it turned into seeing a girl he wanted and saw the opportunity to find where she lived and what room was hers in the house. He stalked her maybe Maddie and even may have used the grub truck feed to see them order food. He waited for the lights to go out in her room. BK was going to rape her. That is why a knife and not a gun you do a hit with a gun and get out. BK was going to rape her at knife point. BK came in the door and went to her room not knowing Kaylee was sleeping in the bed with Maddie. While he may have not intended to kill them he was angry that his plan went bad. They started to fight him and he wanted to silence them. Ethan heard the crying and screams and said I’m coming to help you. BK had no choice but to attach Ethan to get out of the house and then had to fight Xana. BF heard the noise and looked out the door BK was on his way out and at that point was exhausted and wanted out. BF was confused and did not know what was going on. She closed her door but did not know what to do or what just happened. She decided to call friends who came over and kids will do strange things. They did not want to call cops until they sorted things out maybe dumped drugs. Then someone called the cops. BK is guilty.

How about this way it could have happened. Alleged suspect,bk, was working to get his PhD doctorate and didn't want it known he was going to get drugs (That he used in past) and he'd be expelled from University if found out, so went at night to get drugs. When he got there Maddie concerned of Jack's comment " They're going to get you for that" told alleged suspect ,bk, and he said " I will help you" and gave her his knife to protect her. Because Maddie was tired and sleepy or very high on beer if so she fell asleep which explains no DNA on Sheath,so alleged suspect,bk, placed knife beside her a place you'd expect a gentleman to put it. He then had to get back to Washington and left King Road. . Then sadly a while later the awful Idaho 4 crimes occurred. This is from looking at this of alleged suspect ,bk, from a good person prospective. So far it's been just alleged suspect is a bad person excluding the good comments from commenters of course. This comment you made absolutely makes no sense. First, since he was in the area multiple times pinging off of their towers and wifi, the tower probably created a "hotspot" for him. This means that since he was on the tower so many times, his phone would automatically route to that tower if he was near even in Pullman if there was an overload in Pullman. If I go into a McDonalds that I have used their wifi before my phone will automatically load there even if I'm way down the street simply because I've used it before, and it created a "hotspot" for me. If I'm near another Mcdonald's that I've never been to before, it won't automatically load me in, I have to manually log in. Point 2, if his phone never pinged in that area again after the 14th, this means he's guilty, because the students are dead, the deed is done, and he has no more use to be there stalking. So his phone better have pinged over there many times after the murders because if it hasn't, he's in big trouble because again that tells them he's guilty and stopped pinging there because he had no more use since the students were dead.

This astute observation came from another commentor: _"Its touch DNA. This sheds easily and travels easily. You're leaving touch DNA all over the place. For instance, if you shook someone's hand at the airport and they hop on a plane and land across the country then grab an Uber, then later that Uber is involved in a crime, guess what? Your touch DNA is in that Uber. See how this works when you actually intelligently understand it rather than taking a lazy shortcut to DNA = guilt. The key question you should be asking yourself is this - there's 4 stabbed victims and the theory of murder is he drove there, completed in the killings in less than 10 mins, and sped back home. How is it physically possible that he didn't leave a blood trail leading from that house and not a single piece of victim DNA in his car, apartment or office? At a minimum this raises reasonable doubt b/c its physically impossible given the forensic technologies we have today..."_

People should actually read through the prosecution filings rather than lazily listening to the media which has buried this guy. The prosecution's motions state very clearly that no victim DNA evidence was found in his car, apartment or office and they don't have an explanation why no victim DNA was found. Meaning they didn't find bleach or cleaning agent residue either b/c that would explain why no victim DNA was found since he would have used the bleach to clean it up. All they have is touch DNA, which is easily and readily transferable, and cell phone pings that don't put him in the house at the time of the murders. That's it, no other forensic evidence. Now, the theory of murder is that he drove there, stabbed 4 people to death in under 10 mins which created massive amounts of blood cast off, then jumped in his car and sped back home. They didn't find any blood trail leading from that crime scene to kohberger. This is physically impossible based on the nature of the murders and their theory of murder. This creates a massive hole of reasonable doubt. No jury is going to convict this guy on a capital murder charge over touch DNA and cell phone pings. If you believe that's going to happen, you're going to be very disappointed with the verdict. This case is flimsy AF....

i would talk to him and tell him I know why he did that. I bet he would start talking. The story is more interesting than your speculations. Kohlberger was a vegan due to formerly being obese and losing all that weight. He was also sensitive to being Semitic looking. He knew one of the women and two of them had insulted him in a bar. They bullied him and made fun of him to his face. They were actually known for doing things like that. That doesn't mean they should be killed for it. This crime didn't happen starting at 4 a.m. "Suspect Vehicle 1 can be seen entering the area a fourth time a approximately 4:04 a.m. It can be seen driving eastbound on King Road, stopping and turning around in front of 500 Queen Road #52 and then driving back westbound on King Road. When Suspect Vehicle I is in front of the King Road Residence, it appeared to unsuccessfully attempt to park or tum around in the road. The vehicle then continued to the intersection of Queen Road and King Road where it can be seen completing a three-point tum and then driving eastbound again down Queen Road." Payne PCA document. This would mean that the Suspect vehicle 1 didn't park somewhere until at the least 4:07 a.m. (Time stamp of when this vehicle made the last eastbound drive down queen road is surly going to be available). Perhaps even 4:10 a.m. Couple of minutes to stride to the house/walk to the house; say another 2 minutes at the least. Brings the time frame to 4:12 a.m at the least to enter the house. That gives the driver of Suspect vehicle 1 just 5 minutes on both floors! FIVE MINUTES. At least 2-3 minutes to get back into the vehicle and be seen speeding away at 4:20 a.m. Really? And some claim this was ample time to leave not a drop of blood on assailant's clothing, car, back yard, trees, shrubs, patio door, kitchen floor, living room floor, the staircase, the banister and more areas. And it was either all bloody or all cleaned up. What a yarn!

A Criminologist or Forensic expert either in college or as a job with that level of experience and or education doesn't leave evidence to such a degree and to leave two witnesses alive as well and DNA when they've been taught how to specifically clean up a crime scene?. The whole things just, I don't know how to explain it, it's just odd is all, very odd and makes less sense the more you really deep dive into it and play it out in your head. I still think someone closer to home aka close to the victims had a part to play in all of this cruelty or that if it was him he wasn't alone. Certain things just don't add up at all and someone else is absolutely hiding something and knew him prior or wanted them dead because serial killers do not tend to prep in such a manor.

There’s to many question about the room mates. It’s so weird I have accepted KBs story but the whole I’m shock thing from the roommate noooo like that’s soooooooo hard to believe!! And we need to be questioning that. And that’s a crime. Also, if you don’t call 911 when you know something is happening, that is a crime and tampering with evidence like having other people come over before the police that’s also a crime.

Investigators discovered that phone 8458 connected to a cell tower providing service to Moscow on November 14, 2022, but investigators do not believe that phone 8458 was in Moscow on that date. Phone 8458 has not connected to any tower providing service to Moscow since that date. How are they going to prove that BK was in the area if the affidavitt clearly states that he was not in the area.

I'd do it too if the prosecution filed every motion they could to keep anyone but the judge and the jury to see what evidence they have, which denies him of his due process rights. In most other states, this would have been thrown out already.

He doesn’t have to provide an alibi. Besides a lot of people don’t have Alibis if they are alone in the middle of the night. How do we know that the statement wasn’t 100% fact? The defense tried to get Bethany F to testify at the prelim and she refused. The defense claims his alibi will come out after certain people testify. They aren’t grasping at straws in my opinion. The prosecution dump their case file on them and they have to sort through tons of it. They made it hard on the defense and if they had a solid case against him why are they demanding an alibi.

He was "out driving" that's how he got to the home of the victims!! This man killed for fun and probably to see if he was smart enough to get away with it. My heart goes out to the family members of all of the victims as the media will die down, but their pain is lasting.

What a silly comment. That’s not what the statement said. This is why I pray we get sensible jury members. He doesn’t have to prove his innocence.

1:08 this is a legal word salad. It’s pure spin. He doesn’t need an alibi. The prosecution has the burden of proof. Trickery…
