FRIED PORK IN RED WINE WITH POTATOES
1 kilo shoulder pork or from the neck, chopped in pieces
3-4 tbsp olive oil for frying the pork
500g of potatoes
Vegetable oil for frying the potatoes
1/4 cup of water
Marinade Ingredients
( MARINATE THE MEAT WITH THE WINE, MALT VINEGAR, CORIANDER SEEDS, SALT AND PEPPER FOR THREE HOURS BEFORE COOKING TIME)
2 cups Red Dry Wine
2 tbsp coriander seeds, crushed
2 tbsp Malt vinegar
Salt & pepper
