“Bishops” and “presbyters” in Irenaeus are the same people 

ABSTRACT: Irenaeus is commonly thought of as testifying to the distinction between "bishops" and "presbyters." I think this is wrong, and have argued against it in various books of mine. In this brief video, I present evidence that in Irenaeus "bishops" and "presbyters" refer to the same people.
