I am happy to share my first Design Team Project for ‪@ATraceofSparkle‬ using the French Curiosa Kits, and adding a few pieces from the Vintage Pirouette Christmas kit. This is a very tall skinny junk journal and is full of vintage details. The cover is an old piece of piano roll paper of the song "Dinah". I hope you get some inspiration and enjoy the video!

Hi Rhonda, you made me giggle when you had to paint your nails all sparkly for Team Sparkle ✨ Love it! 🥰 Your journal is so wonderful. Your little touches add so much to each embellishment. Thank you so much, Jenifer… You are the sweetest! It all means a lot to me! It was so fun to create. Your pages are beautiful to work with. And my printer is the cheapest HP you can buy! lol. I got it because it loads from the back and works the best for printing cardstock. But it does print colors beautifully. Thank you again for blessing me with this wonderful opportunity! Big hugs!💗😘

Dinah is a lovely journal, Rhonda. I especially like the corrugated vellum you used. I realized I have an antique cast iron fluting iron that pressed pleats in clothing and tried it on vellum. It worked! Thank you for sharing your creativity.

Hi Rhonda. Another very pretty little journal--with a surprising amount of journaling space. I am impressed with how much writing space you made with the pages still so embellished. Best of both worlds. I like how you used the tiny pieces of the quilted fabric and stamped on it. I thought at first that Paris was part of the original design of the fabric. I love how you always seem to come up with new ideas that add just the right touch to your pages. Very creative binding, too. I did smile when you said you didn't have any polish remover. It was the right time for that--sparkly nails were perfect for A Trace of Sparkle kit.

(I wasn’t sure what to call them! lol) As far as energy goes… well I’m not that energetic anymore but my mind just never shuts down from creating. I’m really glad you liked it!🥰 That embossing folder comes from a set by Anna Griffin… the Cuttlebug 4pk trifold card embossing folders.. this one is the Harlequin design. Unfortunately I could not find a link to put in the description, but I’m hoping if you keep checking on eBay, you might eventually find this one or the complete set. And if not, let me know, and I’d be glad to emboss some pages and send you some. Thanks for being here!💗😘

Gorgeous! Sparkly nail polish is the best! ❤ At approx 21:50 is what looks like an aged paper clip, rather then a rusted paper clip… did you do that or purchase them that way? So pretty ❤

Lol It’s actually held up very well, but I did finally go to town and got some remover!😂 And I did age those paper clips… some rusted more than others, and this was one that’s not so much.
