I so love these vintage items and the stories they tell through their imperfections. So glad you are well or getting better. when I see these, I think of belly bands and that one little rip suit you showed you could reinforce it with one of these that would be pretty too thanks for sharing❤

Hi Rhonda. I'm so sorry you've been sick. That's a long time to be down and out and not able to play in the papers and lace. Praying that you are soon feeling yourself again. You always make such pretty things with your lace, and I love that you use up all the bits and pieces. I enjoyed watching you assemble your snippet strips. They turned out so pretty. Thanks for sharing. It's good to see you again and I'm looking forward to seeing the journal you're making from that bag. Your coffee dye turned out gorgeous. What do you use when you put the lace design on it?
Hi, Linda… thank you so much for all your sweet words. I was so achey and had absolutely no energy. But I actually had to push myself to work on my first Graphics Fairy DT project in order to meet the due date. Thank goodness I had a lot done already. But that was tough! My project will be up next month. I’m so glad you enjoyed the video. I believe have enough lace scraps to stay busy forever! To get that lace pattern, I use a plastic lace placemat. I dip my bag in coffee and make sure it’s coated good, then I lay the placemat on top and “seal” it so that it sticks to the paper good. When it dries, I have a nice crisp design. I just love seeing the transformation. I also use plastic tablecloths or doilies for different patterns. But the trick is to get a good seal. Thanks for watching and always being here! Hugs!❤️
I'm sorry to hear you were sick for so long, but glad you're feeling better. Your little strips are such a good way to use lace scraps!! Yours are so pretty!
Lifting you up to our gracious Lord to completely heal quickly. 🙏 These little creations are a wonderful idea! I’m going to do some today! I have so many little scraps of lace and ribbon! That design on the paper bag is pretty. I wish I could figure out how to do that! I’ve tried a couple different ways but they haven’t turned out so crisp!

I’ve learned that the trick is to “seal” the placemat down as soon as you dip the paper in the coffee and it gives a crisper result.😉xo
