Cindy might be incompetent, interrupt people’s work and be an inconvenience, but she actually cares about others. If only she would learn the basics about how development works, she’d be golden
No, people like this just do these endless meetings and ice breakers to justify their jobs. They aren't interested in getting to know everyone, they're interested in saying "I led this team through every project, met with them every day, I led the charge to victory!"
Funny thing me being late to work 15 minutes by grabbing coffee to make my day better ans more productive is frown upon "coz I'm skipping work", but Cindy can just order a 'quick meeting' costing the company 3-8 workhours anytime she wants and they're ok with it XD
Okay I kinda just feel bad for cyndy, maybe it's cause the ai voice sounds too happy. But I don't think she's malicious, she just seems like a nerd who's hyper focused on meetings and faux productivity because she loves it.
I feel like in real life there are few people who are actually "evil", everyone acts on their own principles even in the coorporate world. It just so happens that some principles yield other to be a bit more miserable at work

Som't care how many meeting Cindy books. I have set mumber of working hours a week and if she does not leave enpugh time for more important work that is company's problem. They have to pay salary in full either way.
I really liked your channel specifically the long form videos but all these stupid videos are just a waste of time. Personally I think this is hurting your brand. You have a lot of valuable knowledge that people will appreciate. Just my 2 cents
