Coach Anna and Jared recently enjoyed a week skiing in the mountains out West with family and friends. It was fun, it was grueling, and it was rewarding. They both prescribe to the motto of "Regularly learn and play new sports" which is a line featured in Coach Greg Glassman's "World-Class Fitness in 100 Words" back in October 2002.
We encourage you to use your fitness developed at Myriad for other activities in life that bring you joy; tennis, pickleball, kayaking, hiking, rucking, walking, hang-gliding, rock-climbing, golfing, sailing, knitting, etc... ANYTHING.
This is our message to anyone reading this...
If you have thought about trying something new, do it! It is never too late. Google local meetups, leagues, coaches and/or trainers. The resources are there for you. Don't put it off!
And if you need some encouragement, drop us a comment or a DM and we can help point you in the right direction.
