Just to add to what Mike said, the 50 year old-Lyle I want you to know as someone with severe depression, and many other issues 😂, I am 37 and living my best life. Life is never perfect but I am alot happier than I was at 27. I mean you are 26, and you brain just developed at 25 so that's one thing to realize. I am a very different person with a very different outlook. Like Mike said, just do what you want to do to be happy. That is the key, I believe. (Besides staying positive etc).I also take an anti depressant, but I don't advocate medication for everyone that has depression. I think you should try everything else first. Live changes are extremely important. ❤
