This show and these individuals are in the US. Matt’s great grandfather and his ancestral chain did NOT wear powdered wigs, because they had ceased to be popular in the US. The legal profession in the US has never had the custom of wearing wigs in the courtroom. You’re thinking of the custom of barristers (trial lawyers) wearing wigs in court. IN THE U.K.

I'm not from The Evergreen State of Washington but I'm here in Spokane. Y'all wild up here mayne! Culture Shock Rock when I first moved here. I lived in Browne's Addition next to downtown. I had a sweet corner apartment overlooking the river. God I miss that place...... I live on the north hill now. Anywho, the junkies trip me out. I once saw a man drop a deuce on a downtown sidewalk in broad daylight while he was eating a burrito. He wiped himself with the last quarter of said burrito. He then stuck the sullied burrito into his "pile". Like a monument. A tower. Tons of people saw this, hell I took pictures. No one did anything. They do the walk-on-by. I didn't do anything either. I was honestly afraid. I didn't want to tangle with a junkie in a new city that has got junkie-poo hands. I did tell my male coworkers and they said "yeah, shit happens".

It is not scripted but probably improvised. Matt probably does not know what is going to be presented to him so the fun is how he reacts. Clearly the subjects are actors but it is real reactions and maybe there is an award of money to each side depending on the outcome come so that they compete.
