Right on! I basically made this version up based off a record my grandfather used to play on Sunday afternoons when I was a kid. I’ve been whistling it my entire life and when I finally started researching it to make my own version I couldn’t find a chord pattern that fit the melody I’ve carried with me all these years. Maybe I’ve been singing it wrong, but there doesn’t seem to be a consensus on how it’s supposed to be played.
