I'll rephrase my first comment: I observed, and found it funny and curious, that the comedian in the video managed to make two of the most unfunny types of joke (because they're cliché) be truly and genuinely funny due to context and his excellent delivery.
You could say that about pretty much any race or a people,you could say that about black Africans. They were the last ones to commit full on genocide except for what Russia's trying to do right now but yeah let's focus on 80 plus years ago and ignore what happened recently and it's still happening,that makes a lot of sense.
