Could be, at the same time its disgusting to see ppl continuing to be in that way and just shrugging it off by accepting/flaunting it rather than trying to address it. And worse is there is a fanbase for confessions. So What's the new norm 'do whatever you want to do and simply confess then everything is alright ?'
Yes. That actually hurt so bad. All because of a bitch who wanted fame. I'm a hardcore feminist but i just want to punch that woman. She took everything from these guys and from us
20:51 Tanmay: The people who are least accepting of other people's flaws are unaware of their own flaws. What an incredible fact! Tanmay is a true inspiration.
This happened with me few years back, I was diagnosed with clinical depression and one day I was in class with my friends and out of nowhere I burst in nervous breakdown and started crying and here's worst part, my closest friends ignored and acted like I was weird and they never asked me what's happening with me. One day I told them I'm depressed and they ignored me like I was crazy. That was the worst part of my life but now I know their reality. Those fake assholes won't ever listen from me. Guys you're very lucky if you have true friends trust me. Take care of your dear ones because in tough time only they will help you
@Vedprakash Meena Consider yourself lucky that you are now not surrounded with fake assholes with the faces of good friends. No friends is better than fake friends who'll stab you in the back.
It happend with me too when I was in depression my bestie stopped picking up my calls becoz he was sick of hearing my shit you can't help it Life is a fucking lonely journey
1... tanmay's voice is so relaxing... he should have his own podcasts 2.. he needs to know... its just been a year..... he is very strong to have come back so soon....
If AIB was alive today, Think of the content they'd be offering. Kashmir issue, JNU issue, CAA/NRC issue etc. They would never run out of content. They are still relevant about the demonization video. I think AIB was sabatoged purposely. I thank AIB and Tanmay Bhatt for the level of skits that not only makes us laugh, but at the same time it's hard hitting truth. Fingers crossed for Tanmay come back into RU-vid again.
@Vipin Kumar I don't think that's the whole truth. Brands do get well with controversial figures. Lot many people where entangled in #metoo trend and now it is as if everything is faded away. Normalcy has prevailed to such figures. Only AIB got caught in this fire. Likes of Vairamuthu, Nana Patekar etc are scot free.
The crazy thing is Tanmay's channel just started and was 45 days old when this podcast came out and now it has the same number of subscribers as beer biceps. Great job Tanmay! What a comeback. Lots of love
@@aashishsharma9106 I think you are too young and naive to understand the meaning of it. I wonder why u wasted 1 hr of your life watching this video cz everything discussed here is clearly out of ur frequency band
Just barely 5 mins in and when Tanmay said that when you reach the rock bottom of your life and then refurbish and that it's a whole new feeling, i felt it man...
In 1:05:27, i honestly did not skiped forward even once bro. But backward many times to hear what again a sensible thing you both said, just a best podcast of all time on your channel.
If I have to summarise what I learnt from this show them it would be: 1. Go and have variety of experiences that will help you to have better understanding of world 2. There will be always ups and downs and that friends and support systems help you a lot to recover from bad times 3. Delegate work to people who are expert in their domain 4. Taking care of body and mind is important no matter what (from Ranveer) 5. Have patience and practice meditation. Do add anything additional that you learnt in the reply. Thank you.
He is so underrated man!! He is so good at such things. I never liked him during his AIB days, but now? God! I love him as a person. The growth is just wow!!
@@ramirlalia6664 Hey, just keep on to it and keep moving... We may don't see the light right now ; but it's always out there .. we just need to keep working on things we believe in and try to better ourselves ... (* I'm sure this may sound like a cliche right now but yeah, just keep moving... And don't ever hesitate to take help from therapy and/or people around *) - 🌟
"Wisdom isn't number of years of experience; wisdom is number of experiences in a year". Tanmay spoke for a lot of people discussing his own life challenges and outlook. Love this straight forward kind of conversation!
Out of all your podcasts, this was the most connecting one. Depression and performance anxiety are major issues the youth is facing. Great content beer biceps 🙏🏻
Ranveer was not on the same page as Tanmay. Hats off to Tanmay for being so open and honest...that takes some guts and tons of introspection. Ranveer bhai 100 baar bata diya tune ki tu uska trainer tha...USK MALOOM HAI. KYON RAGAD RAHA THA.
I feel Introspection is the highest level of maturity one can achieve. In this era of depression and anxiety, one needs a reason, a belief and a self made meaning to live an awesome life. Discipline is the best way to stay happy while thriving for success. I just love his introspection but his cynicism and negativity come from his health issues and his insecurity due to his sitations. Wish you luck man!
@Gargee Basak Your strength is you trust yourself more then anyone else. The reason for that is you have spend more time with your ownself, and with time you have become dependent on yourself a lot.To trust on other people we have to spent time with them, once you will do that you will start trusting other people and talk it out with other people like say them that you don't understand the certain thing in them and question them and don't let any bubble to be there in your mind. Doing this you will start laerning more abouth them increasing yrust in them in long run.Best of luck.My email id if you want any other support or discuss batliwalamoinuddinusman@gmail.com.
@Gargee Basak True .That's good you enjoy your own company. In real world we have to socialize cause each individual has different potential and talent and we need the people as we can't fulfill all our needs by ourselves. So selection of good people for socializing is necessary .
@Gargee Basak I'm 7 months late to comment but still.. I recommend reading on politics. I mean overall politics not one particular party and it helps. Reason being that politics is so bitter and full of mind games that you start viewing humans as study subjects and you don't feel bad even if you don't fit in. Get some books on politics. God bless you.
@Gargee Basak see that's the point... In politics as well responsibilities are on leader while others only expect result.. People's mentality is "oh, we've voted him and now he'll fix everything" Others only expect from you but don't co operate. Hence I suggest politics. You are only 22 you have your whole life ahead. Start now.
Bangalore is the coolest place man. Sabse badi baat one of the safest places in India. And if a place is safe to live in it is a good place by default... Aur iska weather bro... 😍😍😍
@5:00 when he said "my self worth isn't in my work" i felt like it was just said for me. Like universe brought me to this podcast just for the sake of this one thought where i had lost myself in work, grilling myself through the day just because at the end the sense of achievement made me feel worthy, made me feel like I'm not a complete loser in life and yes now i feel like our sense of worth shouldn't come through anything like this. It shouldn't be conditioned with productivity. Because otherwise being on the top drives u crazy, that constant need to be appreciated, need to be ahead everyone, and realizing u are alone on the top is the worst. Gonna work on feeling worthy even in my low productivity days. Thank you tanmay
Tanmay should write a (Personality Development genre) book cause it will have the exact kadwa message that the folks needs to know. Sugar coating chahiye hi nahi. You both are fantabulous, man!!
This podcast aged well. I couldn't be more happy seeing this 2 year old podcast when Tanmay just re-started and what he is today. This is altogether a different side of Tanmay. Who would imagine a person irritating his flatmates could be this mature. Always been a AIB fan.
I just feel so happy that the guy who he pretends to be in his vlogs, stand-ups and all actually is a totally different guy. The way he recollected himself from the hard times and still being so cool and not giving up his sarcastic personna is incredible. I loved it man. Thanks Ranveer For Bringing him. 😊
I wanted to hear Tanmay talk about the gaming part of his channel. The last bit went over weight loss again and again. Beer Biceps I know you are obsessed with weight loss but I wanted to hear other aspects of Tanmay as well. Other than that really enjoyed this new chill version of Tanmay. Mad respect for folks who can pick themselves up after a big down.
The difference in the mood of the two people is just amazing! Ranveer is well dressed and perpetually cheerful while tanmay has just woken up..still groggy after sleeping and wants to throw coffee at ranveer's face because he's so cheerful. 😂😂 And these are the two moods that every person goes through every week if not every day! Loved the vibe and the podcast man!
One of the best podcast!!!!! A boss who puts someone down is insecure..... So true and relatable, faced this a lot..... Such a mature, intelligent, deep conversation. Loved it
40:00 - Tanmay must have read Zero to one, a Book by Blake Masters and Peter Thiel. That's the exact line he wrote in his book and he is narrating the same. I think he must read a lot of books while he was off for a year.
Reading books give you nothing but vocabulary advantages. Lol 😞I have seen people reading book for life and at the end they didn't even had money to live a sustainable life. Reading lot of books gives you nothing but superiority complex. (I am talking only about philosophical books, if you have to become doctor then books are important go read em lol). Book reading is waste of time in my opinion unless you want to show off how nerd you are.
@@bendover-bz4bc clearly it's your opinion, and should be respected. The same you should respect people's choices of reading books. Do you really believe that people read book all their lives to show off? They're doing something their whole life which they are not even enjoying? Merely to impress a person like you? I do not want to be cynical especially after watching this interview, but you've a very ignorant POV about books and the people who read them.
I don't think it's a moment ,it part of the journey. Which kinda means moment but you can't be sure that this moment you will feel happy.so we humans better go for meaningful in life rather than happiness (as by Dr. Jordan B. Peterson)
I dont know if others noticed but the last almost 20 minutes were only about Tanmay’s food habits, exercise and obesity. I could see he wasn’t feeling like talking it too much and was getting a little irritated/impatient.
Tanmay completely in his home outfit while Ranveer in proper tucked in white formals gives vibe more of a insurance salesman visit on a Saturday afternoon
Pausing in the middle just to say this: 3years ago, just by reading news, I judged this guy as one of the worst humans ever. Watching this podcast, I want to say he is really sensible. But, I still don’t understand why he had to make such comments. Anyway, I have stopped watching news 5months ago and I am having the best life ever
i am at the lowest of my life i'am 24 ,lost my job 6 months ago then started preparing for goverment job failing right now ,lost almost all my friends as they all fucked me up during the time of need ,about to loose the love of my life ,depressed but........i know i'll get out of this situation and rebound to life and this time better than ever before. thanku Ranveer for helping me out through these podcasts .🙏
Bot army op Tanmay Bhat op .....nice great Lekin who's watching in quarnitine Who's watching while on a bed Iye sb ka koi need ni he na bhai.......B's suggestion he...take it in a positive way
LOVE THIS GUY He is so wise, it's so beautiful listening to Tanmay. He keeps it real cause he's been there, done that and is blatantly honest about things.
Watching at 3.20 AM...& Feeling better after hearing his story...all those depressing thoughts that I had when I was fucked up in 12th boards was pretty relating
Beer Biceps - When you date someone When you work with someone When you train with someone You get to know them very deeply Tanmay Bhatt - "Yeahh that's very unfortunate"
11:48 man! that was so heart breaking, and i also keep imagining myself in that condition that what if i had to shut down, and let everyone go, that's terrible. bhagwan kissi ko ye din na dikhaye! atleast when you're following you're passion
I have been obsessed with this interview and have been watching this repeatedly and it has inspired me to change my life It is 6th November 2023 i will try to be better by 6th November 2024 I'll check back in a year
Hey Ranveer, The "you wont amount to much" taunts by parents is something that resonated with me, listening to how much you have gone through and made it big in-spite of a bad past , keeps me motivated. Please keep the good things coming. - Love from Bangalore.
What Tanmay told about Bangalore is very true , lot of young middle class people made it big in that start up culture became millionaire some are billionaire now , actually they are more positive and optimistic , self made, no status kinda thing they treat everyone with respect. Check. There are few toxic people so avoid them vulture succumbs even giraffe , get along people who are doing something , positive, self making, learn from them through their experiences.
