From the beginning, Jon Bon Jovi had a plan. That plan started with him owning the band and everything about it. In exchange, he employed people on great salaries and benefits, kept them on for years, and was a cool guy to work for. It was always business, and the music too, of course. I mention this only because Jon chooses who the members will be, and it's not the fans or anyone else. So Phil, for a night or a decade, if Jon Bon Jovi says you're part of his band, you are, period. Love the Steve Morse story, this a good interview.

The band Bon Jovi without Ritchie Sambora is the Jon Bon Jovi Band. Something a little different. Ritchie was an important vocalist. Not, "Bon Jovi," without him.

Uau, if I were Steve Morse I would told him to go effe himself after his stupid answer about his bet with his friend. What an obnoxious thing to do. This Phil X is such a humble bragger. Thank god we didn't get much if him in the Star+ Bon Jovi documentary, he was so annoying in the Hired Gun film.
