I read a lot of stories where people in a coma or fainted lived a different life, they had a family and children, but then they woke up, I'm very scared, can you explain it?
Listening to those stories and movies just makes things worse, I know it’s hard but I think we are all real , our mind just refuses to let our body connect to reality.I also have DPDR and , it’s really frustrating
You mean the Lamp Story etc. Right? I thought also about it. There is also a theory (i forgot the technical term) that says our lives (and all included) that we are living is just based on our Minds. But First of all: thinking about such things makes Everything worse and second we couldnt do anything about it anyway. Everything is possible in this universe but the simplest and Most obvious answer is that we Just have dpdr. And as we know anxiety is the Main Trigger and thinking about such things will Trigger your anxiety for Sure. So Just stay calm and live your Life 😉
