Summary of the 2 weeks ► before and after exercices measurement : D1 = +0.2cm D2 = +0.6cm D3 = +0.1cm (detailed version for those who need explanations/advice) I'm in my 4th month of training with Japanese workout and Korean massages. I went from a difference of 11.2cm to 18.5cm (remember that your underbust size is important too!). I took a 10-day break because I was stuck at a difference of 16.8-17.1cm and now that I'm back, let's see if this workout will increase my size more! (clarification: I'm also doing another workout at the same time.) I'm going to test this one for 2 weeks because that's my body's limit before it gets used to it. Day 1 = 10/9 → I had some difficulty concentrating on the chest muscles. I think I'll have to do the massage first next time (it's a massage you do over the breast so you can concentrate on it more easily during the exercises). As a result, I put too much pressure on my arms and totally missed the last exercise. The good news is that I took my before-and-after measurements and noticed a 0.2cm increase, which is similar to my natural increases during other workouts. I can't wait until tomorrow to do my best! And don't forget to drink a glass of water before doing this workout! (30 minutes before starting) Day 2 = 11/09 → I did the breast massage before starting to help me focus on the muscles. Its very more energetic than my usual workout .I'm still having trouble staying focused on my muscles on some exercises, but overall I did better than yesterday. In terms of gains, I did the same as yesterday (before and after measurements), and got a rise of 0.6cm. It's important to know that this increase (+0.6cm) is far too high, and that it's only temporary. That's why you need to do these exercises regularly and not once or twice than stop. Don't listen to those who promise you a 2-cup increase in a week - it's impossible! (The only time it's ""possible"" is if you do the exercises just before your period, as the breast will grow with water retention). Day 3 = 12/09 → As expected, yesterday's increase didn't last (I have the same measurement as before yesterday's exercise). Today I was less regular on the exercises. I wrote +0.1cm, but in reality it's not really that. Depending on my position, it's either 0cm or 0.1cm. I'll do my best to do well tomorrow!
