This was great, I've been looking for "breast enlargement methods home" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Zansaiah Breast Astronomical - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? I’ve done this things over the past month and I really realized some big changes on my breast size !! Trust me girls you have to be patient a little to get the changes. 1- keep on doing this exercise daily , you can put a reminder . 2- after every shower you take put some body lotion on your boo’s and massage them on a circular way Or before going to sleep put some olive oil and massage them ( you can check some breast increase massage on YT ) 3- DO NOT SLEEP ON UR STOMACH cuz its makes ur boo’s smaller !! 4- Don’t wear a bra or anything that pushes ur boo’s back 5- keep eating nuts ... I’m sharing this cuz I know some ppl need this . ( if you felt some pain don’t panic cuz its normal when your boo’s are getting bigger).-- update 5-August: I think I completed two months and I’m soo happy I jumped from a boy chest to B

These exercises are really effective along with a proper breast massage. All you need to is be patient you won't get results in a single day it would require a month or two. Good luck girls

If u really want them to grow faster change some things. Instead of doing 20 do 25 or 30 for a little extra boost. My tip is to do the workout 1-2 times a day and be consistent. It would probably take about 2 weeks before a big change happens. Love ur body ❣️

I Love This Breast Size Increase Workout So Much That Yesterday I Did It 6 Times In A Row and Today I Did It 8 Times In A Row, Plus I'm Drinking Water and Massaging My Breasts Every Time I Get Out Of The Shower Too. Update: Today Is Day 4 Of Doing This Workout and I Have To Say That I Still Love It A Lot, So Far Today I Have Done This Workout 7 Times, I'm Going To Do It 1 More Time Later This Evening and That Will Be It, Even Though I'm Only On Day 4 Of Doing This Workout, I'm Seeing Results, My Girlfriend Said That I Could Be At A Size D In Bras Right Now and Don't Even Know It, But Anyway I Love This Workout, I'm Addicted To This Workout and I Can't Wait Until Tomorrow To Do Some More, Tomorrow Will Be Day 5 As Well, Peace.

At that point do sum bench press with dumbells and sum pec flies, remember to hold your arms at a 45° for shoulder safety, go low for that stretch and remember to squeeze your pecs at the top for that chest hypertrophy

I will do updates here. Day 1: Nothing as I’ve just started Day 2: Again, nothing much Day 3: Not much, but I feel my chest has become a bit more noticeable (Probs just me) Day 4: Around the 4 minute mark, my left boob felt a teeny bit sore. Is this supposed to happen? Day 5: I think my chest has increased, but only, very slightly. Day 6: this is working! I see my chest has increased but again, very slightly Day 7: my chest is certainly a bit more perkier Day 8: Today I was wearing a hoodie and I could see my chest when wearing it (not bare lol)

Okay, I Started Doing This Workout Thursday That Just Passed and I Have To Say It Really Works For Me Because On Thursday I Did This Workout 3 Times, Yesterday I Did This Workout 8 Times and So Far Today I Have Done This Workout 4 Times, Today Is Day 3 Of Doing This Workout and I Love So Far, My Girlfriend and I Have Already Started Seeing Results Too, I'm Going To Do This Workout Again A Couple Of More Times Today After I Get Home From Church As Well. I'm Also Not Just Doing This Workout, But I'm Also Drinking Plenty Of Water and Massaging Them Too, I'm Addicted To This Workout. All It Takes Is Patience and Consistency and You Will Get The Results You Want, Never Give Up, I'm Definitely NOT Going To Give Up Too, Peace.

I do this as a pre stretch before I do weighted arm exercises! I’d recommend adding weights to this exercise, start with a small amount tho.

Have soy milk daily and fenugreek seeds . Make habit of sleeping in such a way that your body weight falls on breast(up side down)..do massages . Trust me within one month u would observe big difference

I will be doing this everyday will update/edit everyday on the progress. Day 1: No changes just very good workout for my arm. Day 2: No drastic change but I think my breast is becoming firmer. Day 3: Boobs firmer and lifting...size, nothing yet It does work, however took about two three weeks to see results. The end of the 7days it looked like they were shrinking/ being firm and lifting up...the end of second week that’s when I saw increase in size. Btw I did this in the morning and evening post third week I only do it in the morning

Result in 1, 2 months sure. Thanks me later sisters. Before any exercise warmup is very important. At 115 or 120 heartbeat do exercise. For 1 ,2 minute then rest for 30 sec. Repeat this after every exercise, this is called BURST EXERCISE. Ye blood increase krta h target part pr. 2nd , do coconut or sarso oil massage ( sarso oil can make skin little dark so don't do daily). 3rd ,improve your diet, if you thin eat carbs and protein. Eg. Potatoes, raw paneer.

It’s because you’ve wasted your time on this. You’ll have to be dumb to believe that these simple exercises can do anything to your breasts. Your breasts are literally just fat and meat. If you did the most BASIC research, you’d know that there is no possible way to increase your breast size naturally. No foods, no supplements, no pumps, not even a single cream. The only way you can really increase your breast size is with expensive surgery. P.S. this exercise will either make your breasts smaller, or it won’t do anything at all.

I will keep everyone updated, I will be doing this for at least a month: Day 1: No change, if anything a bit firmer, only the tiniest bit though. Day 5: I have to be honest I don’t see any change, it is early days tho. Day 10: I really don’t see much change. It’s not looking promising. Day 15: no change, no bigger😔 Day 20: I feel like they may be bigger but I think in hallucinating stuck at home Day 25: Day 30:

I'll do it *edit here, EVERYDAY*, I'll update here what would happen Day 1: my arms, underarms, shoulders, and middle of my chest feel sore Day 2: no change felt. Soreness is still there

Jaimelyn Carmen i tried this yesterday and other videos I feel like it was working but you have to keep a balance with your weight as well I could tell there was a different with mine focus on balancing your weight if you lose weight you’ll lose breast tissue and they’ll be small but over all I help me!

I don't think it matters if you do it before or after eating, or before bed. This doesn't require too much strength so I think it's safe to do whenever you want. Just do it regularly.

Im going to start this excercise today Day1: Just started good exercise for arms Day2: still good arm exercise.. chest muscles are moving.. hope it helps Day3: my muscles near arm pits are sore.. good workout for arms too.. chest muscles are moving Day4: still sore muscles near armpits...boob lift feeling Day 5: No evident change...
