I live in Oregon also, born here in the Willamette Valley of Albany. Love all the produce we have in the Summers . Going to make this salad soon since Strawberry season is right now in June.

These recipes sound great Ang! Last week I made your slow cooker Greek chicken in the wheat pita bread and it was the perfect Summer dinner as it was in the 90’s in SE MI. I love salads this time of year. I try to add a protein so it is a all in one dinner. Thank you again. I will be making the pasta, pea salad this week.❤️
In Australia we call the scraper to get out the dressings the Meanie, because there in nothing left in the bowl . i.e no batter left to lick the spoon etc
