I did not object to your teeth before, but I wanted to tell you that they look really good! Congrats on staying the course, and wearing your retainers. I'm losing weight along with you, so you are helping me. I have been swimming laps at our city's pool, and walking on my treadmill 6 days a week. it's very difficult, but I am 25 pounds down since May, and you have helped. my "new" motto is, get vertical! TFS!

I’m currently in the middle of the Whole Life Challenge (look it up!!) and I’m loving it! It kicked my butt into gear with getting my healthy habits in order. The habits are based around nutrition, exercise, hydration, mobility (stretching), well-being (new well-being practice every week) and then a daily reflection. It has been the best thing to get me back on track that I’ve ever participated in. You should try it Jen! Much more gentle and approachable then even 75 soft, and so much more positive and encouraging… ie: you don’t fail and start over if you slip like in the 75 hard/soft challenges. Just a suggestion 😉🧡
I have never seen the True Grapefruit and feel like my husband would love them! Where do you get yours? It doesn’t look like our Walmart has them and Amazon looks really expensive.
When I want a coffee drink I go to Dunkin. Dunkin has decaf options. Starbucks seems to only have hot decaf same as Tim Hortons. I have cut caffeine out of my diet so it’s nice I can go to Dunkin and get something. My order isn’t fancy. It’s decaf iced coffee black with sweet cold foam.

I tried DD Friday after work for the 1st time- Lg iced coffee with extra ice one liquid sugar and cream for like $3 something. I was pleasantly surprised. The best kept secret is a large iced coffee from McDonald’s. No liquid sugar one equal with cream for $1.39! McDonald’s coffee is superior in iced coffee. Xoxo a former Starbucks snot nose!!

I've never heard of 75 hard or soft but I'm glad you mentioned it because I've been stuck for about 5 weeks now. I'm down 48 pounds since last August but still have about 25 to go and having the darndest time moving the needle right now. I will look into it.
Jen, I totally agree with you on the coffee from Dunkin. I've been a fan for years, especially because of the sugar-free options. Their breakfast tacos are really yummy too.
I like zucchini noodles and I agree with you about the marinara...that's the best part! I just came home from a week in door county, WI and had the best time! Hope you have a great family vacay 😊

I invested in treadmill and stationary bike and been working out consistently for over 4 months. Best investment for my health. Next step is gym and personal trainer.
Nice meals. I normally get coffee from McDonald’s. But I need try Dunkin Donuts especially since they got more Sugar free syrups. I’m wanting to invest in personal training. Might try factor. I’m trying lose weight and intermittent fast.

I wish they just sold the toppings ( dressing, croutons, nuts, dried fruit) packets that come in salad kits separately…the lettuce and veggies in those kits always have an odd flavor..I’d rather just chop my own lettuce but would love to have those packets to make it easy.
It's not about the calories as much as the hormone (insulin) response the foods you eat contribute to the weight gain and weight loss. When you keep your insulin high with the food choices like high glycemic foods,, you'll gain weight and it will come off much much slower. For optimal health, someone needs to lower their insulin levels and the weight will come off and stay off in a healthy way.
Those relentless telephone surveys after visiting doctors affiliated with big group corporations ( seems to be trend…hard to find solo practicing physicians these days)…are they really beneficial for data analysis ? I don’t mind doing a couple but find it overwhelming now as I get them for myself, and since I’m care taker for my 88 year old mom and my husband I get them for them too..almost after every visit ( weekly usually) kind of annoying. What really is this data being used for? If you say doctor attention is poor …how is it being used?
