Thank you for the recipe! I live in the US so the two special sauces up front from various provinces are not available. If I substituted with Lee Kum Kee brand Chili broad bean paste and Chili Garlic Sauce will this recipe still work? Also I only have the white rice vinegar… we dont have 龙門米醋… I am going to try the recipe with the sauces available because this looks too good. Hopefully it is still tasty… Will remember to make extra rice. (Edit): tried it using the sauces available, guys… this recipe is FIRE!! Soooooo good!
