Perfectly said!! I have a bad habit of only eating 2 meals a day and it does tax my digestive system to much. Thank you for all these awesome tips :) especially with the warm water in the morning 🔆
Good suggestion with more practical ideas in routine life. Of course I will modify some areas to fit my own life style. Thank you for the good advices.
Warm water is my best friend! Lol! I also try to park further and walk more, and I walk during my break at work. I exercise at least 4 -5 times a week, mix of cardio and strength I wake up and sleep early But I am not so good with my meal time, I love fried food. But got better now, not as into chips as before.
Hey Daniel. Another excellent tips for healthy living. Your five suggestions are basically my daily routine except the stretching before bed. I do my one hour cardio including some basic stretching after I get up in the morning. I do this four to five times a week. I notice I'm a little energize when I stretch before bedtime so I stop. I hear all your five tips and is excellent. Thank you for another healthy living topic.
Hey Daniel! Thank you so much for sharing healthy lifestyle tips. The very first thing I do every morning is drink a glass of water or milk it helps to keep me refreshing.
great advice. Thank you. I am watching your video because I care about it. Can roll back your life a bit and do one on how you started enjoying exercise. At the moment, I negotiate with my son (teenager) to exercise. Cheers
Nice video, thanks for creating. Do you feel western exercises are better than Chinese ones? I don't see much discussions on Taichi or Qigong etc so just curious.
Your recommendations for a healthy lifestyle are reasonable and I strongly agree. However, it is quite difficult for people who have shift duty, say nurses, to maintain a regular sleeping, eating and exercise schedule. What advice would you give to this group of people?
Hi I'm from Singapore and I find your videos to be very informative and useful. I have two questions which you may want to discuss in future videos. Is it bad to be sleeping in an air-con room at night? The older generation tends to dismiss it as being unhealthy to our body. Second, because you mentioned it is important for our to take 3 meals per day, is intermediate fasting therefore deemed to be unhealthy? Keep up the good work. Thanks!
If the air con is not directly facing you, then it shall be fine. After all, sleeping in the heat is also not ideal. In terms of intermittent fasting, I made a video before expressing my point of view: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-b0sbtyTHG1I.html
Stress includes 1. Work 2. Finance 3. Relationship 4. Personality 5. Habit, especially need to follow bad habits 6. Beliefs 7. Unresolved issues 8. Disease 9. Desire causing craving 10. Arising from Uncertainty etc.... etc......
Hello! Thanks so much for this! 👏🏻 It’s very useful! So I’ve Liked and subscribed to your channel already! would you mind explaining about methods to help ease the symptoms of gut issues like 胃脹氣/胃壁受損? Or perhaps a video about it? Thanks in advance! 🙏🏻
So the question to ask is why we can't handle stress, eat a balanced diet and motivate ourselves to exercise? The answer is how well do we know 1. how habits (bad or good) are learned throughout life and how to break them? 2. how motivations are formed and how to maintain them? 3. how emotions are made and how to regulate them? 4. how memories are formed and their relationships with learning? 5. what is desire and how to contain / dissolve it? 6. how personality is formed and can we change it? 7. how our unconscious mind rules more than 90% of our thoughts, feelings, memories and behaviour? Can we do something to change it so that our conscious mind can be more in control? and some other questions? The nearest knowledge to answering these questions can be found in subjects like psychology, behaviorial neuroscience or behaviorial biology.
Like your video so straight forward, less bullshit😎 Thank you for sharing, I learned alot from this video😆 Please keep up the good work, support Do you have any tea recommendation?
