こんにちは！今回は米粉のサクサククッキーを作りました🍪
生地を冷やす必要もないので混ぜたら好きな形に型を取って焼くだけでとっても簡単です！
生地は冷凍保存もできるので多めに作って冷凍しておくのもオススメです！

【材料】約24枚分（天板1枚分くらい）
米粉（共立 米の粉）100g※
アーモンドプードル 30g
全卵 20g
砂糖 40g※
塩 ひとつまみ
無塩バター 45g
※米粉の種類によって吸水率や吸油率が違うため調整が必要な場合があります。

The dough can also be frozen, so we recommend making a large amount and freezing it!

Almond poodle 30g
