配料:
菠菜 150克
咸鸭蛋 1个
松花蛋 1个
无添加午餐肉 1袋(40克)
牛油果油 30克
开水 350ml
蒜、姜 适量
粉盐、松鲜鲜 适量

步骤:
菠菜淖水,捞出沥水备用;
锅中倒油,炒香蒜姜,再倒入切成碎块的咸鸭蛋,松花蛋,无添加午餐肉;
炒出沫之后倒入开水,烧开加粉盐(一丢丢,咸鸭蛋够咸就不用加)、松鲜鲜;
汤搅一搅,倒入刚才淖好水的菠菜盘中。

*Steps:*
1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water, then remove and drain the water, setting it aside.
2. Pour oil into the pot, sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the diced salted duck egg, century egg, and preservative-free luncheon meat.
3. After sautéing until foam appears, pour in the boiling water and bring to a boil. Add a pinch of powdered salt (if necessary, as the salted duck egg is already salty) and MSG.
4. Stir the soup well, then pour it over the blanched spinach in a serving dish.
5. Enjoy your meal!
