新鮮な葉っぱに包まれたカリフラワーを買ったので、納豆作りに挑戦してみました。
結果は臭いも少なく食べやすい納豆ができました。
大豆を柔らかく炊こうと二回はお粥機能で炊いていますが、もっと柔らかい方が
美味しいと思います。
使ったもの
大豆 95g
カリフラワーの葉っぱ
ヨーグルトメーカー

Hello thank you for the awesome video! I made my first Natto batch using frozen Natto available in a Chinese grocery store here in Canada but would love to try using your method too. It would be so helpful if you could make an English video or add English subtitles. Thank you once again so much for the video and showing us your technique.

Please try using rice straw. (possible with one)Pour hot water in the same way. about 36 hours about 40 degrees . Please announce it again on RU-vid when you make natto. I'm looking forward.

Hello Mam, is it possible to make it without the yoghurt maker? Also I wanted to ask if I need a digital yoghurt maker with timing and temperature control or an inexpensive one with just a on off button would do? Can you please guide me on buying one? I made the first batch in a oven but I found it exhausting to put in hot water bag to keep it warm.

Thanks for watching. ❤ It is the cheapest one I use😂. It has no temperature control or timer. It would be safer to have a temperature control or timer. 😊 It's up to you.

Quick question, madam! For what purpose are you putting the vegetable leaves (basil, celery, etc) along with the soybeans to ferment? Does it make the natto taste good? Or just for raising more bacteria contents of natto? Very curious :)

Thank you for watching my video. Yes you are right, the vegetable leaves are used to raise bacteria, but also affect the flavour. Using the different types of leaves gives slightly different results. This is not traditional method but just for fun experimenting. Traditional style uses rice straw for fermenting and this produces a traditional natto. 😊

what about a starter ? You make it looks like trrhe is no need in using a natto starter.

Thanks for watching. 😊 Actually I use vegetable leaf as starter in some of my videos. Leaf such as cauliflower, basil, celery etc also has bacteria. 😉
