8. Pour into a washed milk carton or silicone mold
When removing heat, soak it in ice water or an ice pack to cool it quickly.
When it cools, cool it in the refrigerator and harden it.
9. When it hardens, cut it into pieces that are easy to eat.
You can cut it with a knife or pull it out with a mold.

10. Set the oven fermentation mode (35 ° C-40 ° C)
Set the maximum time that can be set
(90 minutes in my case. 120 minutes each if 120 minutes can be set)
11 Turn the timer over from time to time to make it dry.
12. There are differences depending on the model, room temperature, and boiling method.
Finished in about 20 hours in total
* 1. Powdered agar can be dissolved without being soaked in water.
If the raw material is "Gracilaria", it is easy to fail, so it is better to use one with a lot of "Gelidiaceae".
* 2. If you stir too much after boiling, it will become a hard syrup.

People who want to make it sometimes use an oven, and when it dries, let it dry naturally.
