Chicken Ketchup
Hello everyone.
I’ll make delicious chicken dish using ketchup and chicken breast.
I’ll also show you how to make chicken breast tender and juicy.

Ingredients
・1 block (about 300g) chicken breast
・1 onion
・3 green peppers
・A little salt and pepper
・10cc sake or white wine
・Appropriate four
・50cc ketchup
・15cc sauce (I used bulldog sauce)
Recipe
・Cut the onion into 1.5 cm width.
・Cut the green pepper into 1 cm width.
・Remove the chicken skin.
Cut the chicken breast. First, separate it into half or 1/3. About 3 cm width.
Then, cut the chicken breast diagonally into1 cm width.
・Next, sprinkle salt and pepper and add sake.
Mix them well and let them sit for 10 minutes.
・Last, dust the chicken breast with flour.
・Oil into heated the pan, then cook the chicken with medium heat.
Flip the chicken, and cook well.
・Add the onion, and cook lightly.
・Add the green pepper, and cook.
・Ketchup and sauce, mix well.
Add ketchup sauce, and cook them well.
・Serve on a plate.
