Mame Tsukune
(Chicken Hamburger with Peas)
Hello everyone.
I have nice peas, so I’ll make delicious dish “Mame Tsukune” this time.
“Mame” means “Peas”, and “Tsukune” meansJapanese style hamburger made from chicken.
It’s very tasty ! Let’s cook together !
Ingredients
“Mame Tsukune”
・300g ground chicken
・100g green peas
・15cm white long onion
・5g ginger
・3g salt
・15cc sake
・10g potato starch
“Dipping sauce”
・30g mayonnaise
・5cc soy sauce
・oil
Recipe
・Remove the beans from the pods and boil them in salted water.
・Chop the white long onion.
・Grate the ginger.
・The ground chicken, chopped long onion, grated ginger, salt and sake, mix well.
・Add potato starch, and mix well.
・Add boiled peas, and mix.
・Shape the mixture nicely, and put them on the pan.
・Let’s cook them. Turn on medium heat.
・Flip them after browned.
・Cover and change low heat, and cook them about 5minutes.
・After 5 minutes, remove the lid, and change medium heat.
Once nicely browned, it’s done.
・Make the dipping sauce.
Mayonnaise and soy sauce, mix well.
・Serve on a plate.
