@@A21BS Oh, but still can be considered as first moogle character for global as the REAL FFIII is not available outside Japan and FFVI is rename as FFIII for global market if I'm not mistaken.

@@matdrift Even then moogles were also in FFV, Mog will always be the first special playable moogle either way.

@@A21BS That's true but FFII, FFIII and FFV are not being released for outside Japan during NES era. FFI, FFIV and FFVI are the only series released on that time for global but renamed as FFI, FFII and FFIII respectively.

if you remember the first time you arrived in churning mist, when you meet the moogle chief he will tell you about a brave moogle dragoon called Mog which Estinien dismissed as something ridiculous.

Moogles are also playable in The Tactics games. In Advance 2 tey could be black maged, gunners, Knights, Chocobo kights, some Jester class, a thieve and a class that can summon animals. They csm actully be stupidly OP. The Moogle knight can learn Ultima strike. Basicly Ultimas as a sword strike. But you can equip a class with the abillties of another class. So give the gunner the Moogle knight skill and and the gunner can use Ultima strike with his gun. And his gun has a stupidly long rage. The judge helps with charging up the mp that are needed fore the Ultima strike if I pick the right Advantage. So basicly a Moogle with a gun that shoots nukes across the map. So much fun.
