【ingredients】
150g raw rice
8~15g sugar
2~3g salt
2~3g dry east
3~4g Psyllium powder
10g Rice oil
1.Soak raw rice in water for at least 2 hours
2.Put the ingredients in the mixer
3.Stir until the dough is smooth
4.Transfer the dough to a bowl
5.Add psyllium and mix until the dough is cohesive.
6.Divide and mold
7.Ferment until the dough swells about 1.5 times
8.Apply oil to the surface
9.Bake in an oven warmed to 170 ° for 10 minutes, then raise the temperature to 210 ° C and bake for 5 minutes.
