This is pretty good. My friend recommended it to me, and I’ve been doing it every morning for a few days. Addresses a lot of my stability/flexibility concerns. They’re basically all compound movements, but in terms of the particular body parts I was worried about, these exercises seem to really help my spine, lower back, neck, shoulders, and wrists.
