中秋节快到啦,我们家吃月饼是必须有的环节。这期跟大家分享一款放三天都不硬的冰皮月饼,这配方我自己用了好几年家人们都很爱吃。这次的冰皮月饼是虎咬狮口味,名称虽浮夸但很香浓美味哦!
冰皮月饼不硬的做法,当然就是收密封盒子冷藏最多3天。自己做的就尽量在尝鲜期内享用了,最喜欢这款冰皮月饼吃起来味道甜甜的奶香十足,口感软糯拉丝还冰冰凉凉的超好吃!

- 150克 剥皮绿豆
- 50克 黄油
- 75克 糖
- 300克 清水

- 10克 即溶咖啡粉
- 10克 美禄粉

你好,如果没有气压锅子就必须提前1天或者最少4个小时把绿豆泡发,再加水盖过绿豆蒸个10-15分钟或软为止。
