Hello Qiong, what kind od starch are you using? Wheat Starch, Corn starch. Tapicoca starch? There are many in Chinese cooking! I like your channel very much and the recipes I have tried are very delicous.
When I lived in China, when people said 淀粉 they were always referring to potato starch. Of course, that's just the part of China I was in. But I'm thinking potato starch would be fine. I think if the type of starch were crucial then she would've specified... But... 🤷♂
