食譜:
1杯=200ml
吐司一個
高筋麵粉300克(2+1/2杯)
溫牛奶140克(1/2杯+8小勺)
酵母4克(1小勺)
雞蛋1個(帶殼60克)
白糖30克(2大勺)
鹽3克(1/2小勺)
無鹽黃油40克(8小勺)
奇亞籽20克(5小勺)
水45克(3大勺)
表面:
刷蛋液
烤箱預熱15分鐘
180°C
33分鐘
Recipe :
1cup=200m
Bread✖️1
Bread flour 300g(2+1/2cup)
Warm milk 140g(1/2cup+8 tsp)
Instant Yeast 4g(1 tsp)
Egg✖️1(60g with shell)
Sugar 30g(2 tbsp)
Salt 3g(1/2 tsp)
Unsalted butter 40g(8 tsp)
chia seeds 20g(5 tsp)
Water 45g(3 tbsp)
Surface :
Egg wash
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes
180°C
33 minutes

What I like most about Ali's recipes is that most of them are mouth-watering but easy to learn. Absolutely foolproof. I have tried two so far with OLIVE OIL and both have turned out to be perfect! One thing is worth mentioning: Unlike anything made with butter, the pastry made with oil stays soft even when cold. I'm speaking from my own experience and would appreciate it very much if Ali could switch butter to oil in her recipes.

Under the headline there ist the word "more". Tip on it and the recipe is written down in chinese language. Then once more there is "more" and you come to the recipe written in english language. Greetings from Austria!
