食谱 Recipe:
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Maggie mee x2 (for 3pax)
2. Chye sim halves the stems thinner and shorter
3. Prawn x4 slice horizontally
4. Chilli padi x1 diced
5. Shallots x2 cut slices
6. Garlic x1 minced
7. Egg x1
8. Spring onion cut diced
Seasoning
1. Light soya sauce
2. Pepper
3. Maggie seasoning
Method
1. Boil a wok of water, add in the seasoning then Maggie mee and blanch for a while. Drain and set aside
2. Heat wok with little oil and sauté the prawn. Set aside
3. Add little oil and stir fry garlic, shallots and chilli padi till fragrant
4. Add in chye sim stems and stir fry
5. Add in Maggie mee and stir fry
6. Add little water and chye sim leaves and continue to fry
7. Add in some pepper and may add little water and oil to stir fry
8. Move the Maggie to the side, add little oil and crack an egg on it. Then cover the Maggie mee to cover the egg. Add little light soya sauce and prawn and continue to stir fry.
9. Dish up and garnish with spring onion
10. Serve and enjoy! 💕

材料: (wpy )
Maggie 面 2片
菜心 2-3棵 (粗茎部切半成薄,梗和叶分开,切段,备用。)
小红葱 2粒 ( 切丝)
蒜末 1瓣
指天椒 1条 (切粒)
蛋 1粒
虾仁 4只 (抹干水份,从虾背开二)
调味料:
Maggie面的调味料
生抽 少许
胡椒粉 少许
1. 煮滚适量水,加入Maggie面的调味料,加入面,煮至水滚,用筷子拨撒,
煮至面软了即可捞起,放凉。
2. 用油滑锅,把虾仁煎熟捞起,备用,加入少许油,加入葱丝,蒜末,指天椒,
炒香,加入菜梗,翻炒均匀,加入面,翻炒均匀,用筷子弄散,加入菜心叶和
少许高汤,翻炒均匀,加入胡椒粉,适量淋入少许油和水继续翻炒均匀,
把面推一边,淋入少许油,打入蛋,煎至定型,再把面盖上,淋入少许生抽,
开大火继续翻炒均匀,加入虾仁翻炒均匀,即可起锅。
