If you like beef, one of the easiest meals is the Off Oven NY Times Roast Beef (just google the recipe). You can use Eye Round which is relatively cheap ($4-5/lb) and also have leftovers. The only caveat is your oven has to be accurate, otherwise you may have to slightly adjust the temperature or cooking time.

Hi again. I asked in one of your youtube shares about whether Jay cooks. Thanks for posting the family fried chicken competition and this particular vid of him "wokking" his asian roots. 8-) You spoke of the differences between north vs south cuisines. I agree totally that as we live our 4 seasons and the climate is colder, the natural inclination is to eat warm hearty and even spicy foods and vice versa . I'm very fortunate in that my mom taught me my "home life skills" before setting off in my own personal life be it school, work and raising a family. Cooking, sewing and appreciating the simple things and taking nothing for granted. I'm blessed to live in my city of Vancouver BC which is a major gateway to Asia and with in this city is a mecca of nationalities/cultures. Today I can cook not only Chinese, but added to my gourmet kitchen techniques of making japanese, korean, greek, east indian curry, malaysian. Of course seafood is plenty here too. And yes I do make the standard western cuisine fare too. You are very blessed to have a really nice guy like Jay who loves you and your family and friends. When we can all get back to normal again , it will super fun to do family dinner parties again! Take care, stay safe. Look forward to more vids. 8-)
