醬油1/4 杯
紅燒醬油1湯匙
米酒2湯匙
香葉一片
八角1顆

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Braising soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice wine
A piece of bay leaf
1 star anise
