I have tinnitus and it bothers me to asleep, I want to use meditation to take care tinnitus so it won't bother me that much. Please advise what best effective way, like the regular or a special trick?

Start with Wudang eight silk brocade qigong ( dynamic qigong ) in the morning , & sitting or sleeping qigong ( static qigong ) at night . This is the traditional taoist way to practice meditation . The best way is to learn it with an experienced teacher , & study Chinese medical theories ( energy { qi } medicine ) & western human anatomy .
