材料：
薑碎 1大匙
蒜碎 1大匙
雞翅10塊（翅腿和翅中）
馬鈴薯 2個 （切大塊）
紅蘿蔔丁 1 1/2 杯
洋蔥1個 3/4切大塊 1/4 切碎
青椒 1個 （切塊）
蘋果碎 1/2 個 （或用攪拌器打蘋果蓉）
印度咖哩粉3大匙
沙茶醬 1 1/2大匙
椰奶 1杯
鹽 少許
花生油 適量
高湯 2杯（或水）
醃料：
醬油 1 1/2 大匙
紹興酒 1大匙
糖 1大匙
鹽、胡椒粉 少許
玉米粉 1大匙
花生油 少許
做法：
把雞肉用醃料醃約1小時。
在鍋中加入適量的油，中火加熱，把馬鈴薯煎至金黃色，（也可油炸）取出備用。
在鍋中加入適量的油，中火加熱，加入雞腿塊煎香至金黃，取出備用。
在深鍋中加入油中火加熱，加入洋蔥碎、薑碎、蒜碎炒軟，再加入蘋果碎中炒約兩分鐘。
轉小火，加入咖哩粉拌炒兩分鐘，加入紅蘿蔔拌炒至香氣出來。
然後加入高湯、馬鈴薯和沙茶醬、雞塊，煮沸後轉小火，加蓋煮20-25分鐘。
再加入青椒、洋蔥塊、椰奶拌煮，用鹽調整味道。
再煮約5分鐘，撒入香菜。
可配白飯食用。

Ingredients:
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
5 chicken wings
2 potatoes (cut into large pieces)
1 1/2 cup diced carrots
1 onion 3/4 cut into pieces, 1/4 chopped
1 green bell pepper
1/2 apple (minced)
3 tbsp curry powder
1 1/2 tbsp satay sauce
1 cup coconut milk
Salt to taste
Peanut oil
2 cups broth
For marinade:
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp sugar
Salt and white pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp peanut oil
Method:
Marinade the chicken for an hour.
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, deep fried the potato until golden brown, remove the potatoes and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, stir-fry the chicken until golden brown, remove the chicken and set aside.
Heat a bit oil in a wok over medium heat, add the chopped onion, ginger, garlic and stir-fry for a few minutes, and then pour in the minced apple and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Lower the heat, add the curry powder and stir-fry for 2 minutes, and then add the carrots.
And then pour in the broth, and add the potatoes, chicken and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Add the green bell pepper, onion and coconut milk, salt to taste and cook for 5 more minutes.
