甜炆冬菇
材料:
冬菇(大)半斤
冰糖4大粒
處理:
1. 冬菇,清水浸10小時至軟身。
2. 冬菇已浸好,倒去水分,清水沖洗乾淨。
3. 冰糖,清洗乾淨。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油3湯匙。
2. 放冬菇落鑊爆香。
3. 加入冰糖,轉慢火,加入蠔油4湯匙。
4. 加入滾水蓋過冬菇面。
5. 大火滾起,轉中慢火。
6. 炆了半小時,已收汁。
7. 冚蓋,熄火,焗半小時。
8. 食用前大火加熱。
9. 完成,可享用。
Braised mushrooms in thick syrup
Ingredients:
Mushrooms (large) half catty
Rock sugar 4 big cubes
Preparation:
1. Mushrooms, soak in tap water for 10 hours until they turn soft.
2. Mushrooms have been soaked well. Pour away water. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Rock sugar, get it rinsed.
Steps:
1. Heat up oil 3 tbsp at high flame in wok.
2. Fry mushrooms well in wok.
3. Put rock sugar. Turn to low flame, put oyster sauce 4 tbsp.
4. Add water just covering up the mushrooms.
5. Heat up at high flame. Then turn to medium ~low flame.
6. Have already braised for half an hour. Sauce becomes thick.
7. Cover up the wok. Turn off fire. Leave it for 30 minutes.
8. Heat it up at high flame before consumption.
9. Complete. Serve.
