I think Jay is slowly revealing more of his truth self on RU-vid, and getting more expressive of his opinions on American culture 😄 I like it. It is great to see how Ari is still accepting Jay while he criticized her favourite “healthier” fast food. Ari sings so well. Please post more singing. Maybe consider a video teaching Jay how to sing. 😄 Btw, I made the same mistake about the differences between a hamburger and a crispy chicken sandwich. It is quite a common mistake for Chinese since they got called the same thing in Chinese.

Basically two pieces of round-shaped buns with meat added in between are all called hamburger in Chinese; if the bread is rectangular, it is sandwich

Chick fil A is awesome and probably the best fast food in America because of the MSG they put in their sandwiches. In the west, In-N Out Burger is the most popular and in Texas, Whataburger is the favorite.

California, especially Los Angeles County (the Eastern part around San Gabriel city and beyond) does have some authentic Chinese food from all over China and some very authentic Hong Kong cooking also, yummy!

科普一下：漢堡的定義在東西方已經產生一些差異了，在亞洲地區漢堡指的就是有兩片圓麵包中間夾任何肉或是蛋就叫作漢堡，所以有牛肉堡、雞肉堡、蛋堡之類的，感覺我們是以兩片圓麵包來定義什麼是漢堡。在美國的話 hamburger 一定是中間夾了牛肉 patty 的才叫作 hamburger，其餘的都不能稱之為漢堡，換成夾雞肉的話就變成了 chicken sandwich，他們是以肉的種類來定義漢堡的，所以非牛肉的都是 sandwich，也就是我們常說的三明治。

Chick fillet may be one of the healthier food. I like Mac grilled chicken sandwich with blt, that is their standard menu. The chicken should be from an air chilled chicken process which l don’t know the process but l was told by my doctor friend as he has been taking air chilled chicken fillet for many years. He got it from M&M, a franchise food shop in Canada. Most of the time, his wife grilled the chicken. Very healthy, delicious and tasty! In Europe, l was told that this kind of meat is one of the menu the royal and nobles take!

Jay, it appears that Ari really likes Southern style fried chicken sandwich (or fried steaks). You should get her to try to Sichuan style fried chicken cubes 四川辣子鸡 when you guys get an opportunity. Maybe she will move on to the next level regarding spicy fried chicken.
