How to make Dried Tangerine Peel at home?
In this video, I will teach you how to make Dried Tangerine Peel at home and the skills.
[自家晒陳皮]
材料:
新會微紅柑一箱 (15公斤)
1. 將新會柑的表皮抹乾淨
2. 將柑皮鎅開為三等份
3. 慢慢將柑皮和果肉分開
4. 將果瓤內的蒂鎅走 然後放在陰涼處2-3小時
5. 2-3小時後 慢慢將柑皮反起
6. 將柑皮放入晾曬網內在太陽下晾曬3天
7. 將晒完第一次的柑皮 放到蒸鍋中隔水蒸30分鐘
8. 30分鐘之後 將柑皮取出 放入晾曬網內 曬乾
9. 經過三蒸三曬後 便可以把全乾了的柑皮放入密實罐裏
10. 一般存放四至五年就可以開始食用 但時間越長,功效及味道會越好

A box of Xinhui Tangerine (15kg)
1. Wipe off the skin of the Tangerine
2. Divide the citrus peel into thirds
3. Separate the peel and pulp slowly
4. Remove the stalk from the pulp then put them aside for 2-3 hours
5. 2-3 hours later, turn the Tangerine peel slowly
6. Put the Tangerine peel into drying net and under the sun to dry for 3 days
7. Put the almost dried Tangerine peel in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes
8. 30 minutes later, Put the Tangerine peel into drying net until dry
9. After three times of steaming and three times of drying, you can put the dried Tangerine peel into a dense jar.
10. Generally, you can start eating after four to five years of storage, but the longer the time, the better the efficacy and taste.
