清炒西蘭花
材料:
西蘭花2個
處理:
1. 西蘭花,切細舊。
2. 用清水,加入粗鹽1湯匙,浸5分鐘,清除蟲滋。莖部,刨去粗糙的表面,切細塊,同樣浸5分鐘。
3. 清水沖洗乾淨西蘭花,擎乾水。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 加入油1湯匙。
3. 放西蘭花,灼3分鐘,擎乾水。
4. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。
5. 放西蘭花。
6. 加入鮑魚汁1茶匙。
7. 加入清水50毫升,炒勻,轉中慢火,焗1分鐘。
8. 轉大火,快炒1分鐘。
9. 完成,上碟。
Stir frying broccoli:
Ingredients:
Broccoli 2 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Broccoli, cut into small pieces.

Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Put oil 1 tbsp.
3. Put broccoli, soak for 3 minutes. Hang dry.
4. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok.
5. Put broccoli.
6. Add abalone sauce 1 tsp.
7. Add water 50ml, fry well. Turn to medium~low flame, cook for a minute.
8. Turn to high flame, fry for a minute.
9. Complete. Serve.
