Interesting, I stored vegetables with the same silicons storage zip bag I put a paper towels inside the bag and placed the veggie inside to keep it moist and put in refrigerator It does keep the greens for longer time
曾經把大芥蘭放到冷凍庫(for some reason...)因為聽說冷凍蔬菜風味不變。。。但拿出來時整個水分大流失,變成趴趴菜。。。當下完全不想處理,最後乾脆塞到玻璃瓶放到冷藏,然後就放到忘記了o_o,兩個多月後才在冰箱的角落發現它,本來不抱希望但打開時卻有一種醬菜/醃菜的芬芳,後來拿去做梅菜扣肉,覺得很好吃!!不曉得有沒有可能用類似的方法先把做醬菜的蔬菜放到冷凍再改冷藏來代替傳統的醃製?>///
