The assistant teacher who stood on the tree doing back demonstrations for us is called Wang Ling. She is 83 years old this year. 25 years ago, she suffered from a severe lumbar disease. When she turned over in bed, she needed help from others. Through training, she has not only improved her body, and won the applause of tens of thousands of Tai Chi at the closing ceremony of the 4th Chinese Wushu Culture Festival. Teacher Wang Ling, who has benefited from Tai Chi, is now enthusiastically promoting the benefits of Tai Chi for restoring health and uses all her time to help Tai Chi novices learn Tai Chi.

This warm-up exercise teaching video by Ms. Wendy is really good. It facilitates the health and fitness needs of the adult and elderly in China and the Westerners. It is worthy of everyone's strongly advocate and vigorous promotion. She is introducing and teaching middle-aged and elderly people to use short-term, low-intensity movements to prevent sports and exercise injuries. This video allows middle-aged and elderly people to understand the necessity and purpose of warm-up, and understand that necessary warm-up is performed before any more strenuous exercise, that is, to move the bones and muscles first to avoid and prevent possible damage to the sports tendons and ligaments. Many musculoskeletal injuries caused by exercise are due to negligence to warm up before strenuous exercise. One of our western members is a builder. He suffered a back injury due to work. He came to study for half a year and happily wrote his share: Adhering to the correct and standardized warm-up exercise not only relieved the symptoms, but also lost weight.

站在树上为我们背部示范带领的助教老师叫王玲,她今年83岁了,25年前,她患上严重的腰椎病,躺在床上翻身时,都需要其他人的帮助。通过锻炼她现在不但自己身体好转一字马劈开在中国第四届武术文化节的闭幕式赢得上万太极高手得掌声。受益于太极的王玲老师现在一把高龄热心的宣传推广太极和帮助太极新手学习太极拳。

The two Westerners with training members are both in their 70s and 80s. They are disabled with two cross-joint replacements and undergoing major operations. However, they have helped them to recover through persistent exercise and received good results.
