Omg the dude is just editing his trip in the most genuine way ever: i slept under a tree, I had oysters and all. i would pay'10 bucks to watch a movie like that but ... hollywood cannot provide that anymore
I've been listening to this man for a while now, I'm Hispanic/asian and I would love to hear japanese people's perspective on this song, but unfortunately I don't understand japanese, anyways I love this song so much..it's amazing..
Same thing, I’m french and listening to his music for a while now, that’s so good. I don’t know if he is famous or not in Japan, I’d like to know japanese people thoughts on his music and his career. And glad to see that Takanaka’s music bring us all together!
@@pierrenoss4351 I don't know entirely for sure but while looking through his live stuff, I noticed that the majority of his concerts are in Japan so I'd assume the majority of his fanbase is from there. He has done some collaborations with some notable people from the the west such as Santana and Little Richard but it seems only recently that through youtube, he has gotten a decently big following outside of Japan. I can't say all of this for certain though as I also live in Europe
I am obsessed with the video (of course music too). But the video has something. I lived in Gran Canaria for a while and I believe the video was recorded there, or at least partially. Iwould love to learn more about the video. Does anyone have any info?

This is what a true soundscape sounds like. Amazing layering, amazing guitar tones, super catchy guitar melody. Everything about this song is just perfect.
Muito bom, escutei esse disco ao acaso pela recomendação do RU-vid em 2021, e desde então sou grato, pois até então não vivi essa geração, visto que nasci em 95’.
@@dansamolewicz3462 No fucking way, Rainbow Goblins is my favorite album of Takanaka, you know where I can get an used copy for cheap? In eBay the new ones are like 50usd lol
I discovered Takanaka san with this song back in April 2021, before graduating from catering school. It goes without saying that I absolutely fell in love with his music and I couldn’t believe that something could bring me so much joy that easily, just by listening. Summer 2021, I was working as a tuktuk driver in my hometown. Spent the whole summer with Takanaka’s music in my hears, from morning to sunset, driving around, meeting nice people, going to the beach. Sun was blazing, life was great. I remember that particular moment when I finished work and went back home with a pizza, driving in the sunset and listening to Good (bad?) old days. 3 years later, about to graduate from college with my master degree, I still listen to his music with the same passion and untouched emotions. I remember the good old days of summer 2021, I miss it but I’m so happy I’ve lived it. Things have changed but thankfully Takanaka’s music is here to help me realize that life is precious. I plan to travel to Japan for the first time for a couple of months next November and I know which song I’m gonna listen to during the landing :)
Music videos now: Lots of sexualization of women, "look at me im so rich" Takanaka Music videos: YOOOOO look at this water! I'm drivin a car! Lemme take a nap on this tree! I love the genuine simplicity and wholesomeness.
