Depending on what temperature you place the container in, the number of days needed for the fermentation process to be completed differs. But because yeast dies over 30 degrees in Celcius, I recommend you place your container in around 20 to 25 C. The higher the temperature is, the quicker the fermentation process is completed. but the outcome would easily be sour. After about 2 weeks, filter the wine out and age it in below 15 and above 10 C about 1 months or 2. The aging process will bring different aromas come together and work in harmony.

음..매일 한번씩 저어주시는거지요 ? 온도가 너무차서 발효기간이 길어지면 술이 익기전에 쉬어버릴수 있어요 너무 더워도 그렇구요.. 또 열탕 처리가 안된 도구를 써도 다른 균으로 인해 발효균이 죽어버려도 그렇고.. 하루쯤 후에 열어보시고 맛보세요 밥알이 조금 떠있는건 괜찮은겁니다
