Swan said 'Ponzona was actually an evaluation song. I didn't write it with the intention of writing a title song, I wanted to make a good song that could clearly show the color of PurpleKiss, but I feel good that it was even selected as a title song'. Goeun and Swan composed and wrote the title track, Yuki also wrote her rap part for this

The girls also have individual teasers with a snippet of a song, as well as two pre debut releases called "My Heart Skip A Beat" and "Can We Talk Again." Whether you want to react to them or watch them in your own time is up to you. But they are also bops as well.

The meaning of Purple Kiss: purple is created through a mixture of various colours (members’ musical colours), kiss is used as a way to convey affection and love, purple kiss means conveying love to people through various musical colours.

Swan wrote Ponzoña for the evaluation. Yuki is from Japan, she writes her own raps and can freestyle. Chaein(the two toned haired girl) can write a song on the spot. Every member had involvement in the album like production, writing, and choreography. All of them are talented af. Stan Purple Kiss! (They're extremely chaotic😭😭)

There's so much Purple Kiss content out there. I like their dance covers a lot and as a unit & individually they're absolutely great dancers. Mad At Disney/The Eve and Overdose are already iconic videos. The funny thing about Purple Kiss is that they're the reason I listened to Dreamcatcher in the first place. When My Heart Skip A Beat was released everyone was comparing them to Dreamcatcher and so I decided to listen to Dreamcatcher because I was pretty sure it was an unfair comparison. I would say that Purple Kiss could be greater than Dreamcatcher in a few years but right now I enjoy Dreamcatcher more because they have that level of comfort performing and approaching different material that only groups that have been together for a long time have.

I love Purple Kiss, been following them since their channel was called 365 Practice. My biases are Goeun (the one with the Purple hair) Yuki( black haired rapper) and Swan (the one who stated the song) and the main wreckers are Chaein (Reese's puff colored hair) and Dosie(short blonde bob hair) also.. now that Mari pointed it out, I can totally see the 2 lips kissing in that logo. why didn't I see that before😂😂 love y'all, can't wait for the next video 🤗

When I first heard Ponzona, I got Dreamcatcher, (G) I-dle & Billie Eilish bad guy at some points vibes and honestly I love the song, the instrumental, the vocals, the rapping, the dancing, the choreo is amazing, the visuals & aesthetic of the mv, the charisma, acting and their stage presence from their first live, and I just can't get over Swan voice, I like their first mini album, I'm really curious about what they gonna do next ^^

This is PURPLE KISS' debut song! They debuted a couple months ago. Swan and Goeun composed this song when they were trainees! Yuki (rapper, first japanese trainee under RBW) wrote her parts! They've two pre-debut songs: "My Heart Skip a Beat" and "Can We Talk Again". The album is a bop ✨ They have a lot of content to watch! Dance and singing covers, the 1theK reality... 4:12 Yuki (the rapper) is japanese, the rest are Korean. Yuki still writes her own raps in korean though. (Swan is fluent in english though, and most of them have good english skills)

Liz, I think you're spot on. This seems like RBW's effort to tap the market that is more the edgy/tough vibe of G-Idle and Blackpink, since Mamamoo has their own niche style that doesn't really venture into the style of G-Idle and Blackpink.

Swan and Minnie have similar singing styles, which is why I think you're getting (G)I-DLE vibes. Behind-the-scenes, though, the girls also are influenced by (G)I-DLE in other ways. Besides not being very subtle at being secret Neverlands, like the CUBE group, PURPLE KISS debuted having creative control in that they have a hand in writing, composing, and most importantly choreography. They choreography EVERYTHING they do. Yuki writes all her raps while Swan and Go Eun are song writers in their own right. This song Swan wrote as a Trainee Evaluation. It wasn't supposed to go anywhere outside the company, but it was so good they made it the debut song.
