This was a great format. I loved isolating each section of the body and the no repeat encouraged me to go heavier despite the longer duration of each exercise. Would love to see more like this in the future. Thank you!

*this format was absolutely amazing! i love the extended stretches and my body feels almost 100 percent recovered from the rip workout i did saturday with you! i am in the best shape of my life and there’s still more change and results to come thanks to you and the consistency! 400 active calories burned and about 500 total calories burned and counting!*

Thank you so much for all the great workouts! You are the only instructor I've followed consistently since I started doing Bodies in Motion with Gilad in the 90s. (Remember him?) I've been getting comments on my triceps and back, and I'm thrilled to be building muscle in my 40s! I did have one note on today's stretch: My yoga teacher, who's been practicing for about 50 years, taught me that it can be hard on the lower back to go directly from arching to rounding it, as you were doing in camel to child's. She recommends a twist in between.

Not gonna lie… this one was a bit of a challenge. I’ve got wonky shoulders, one wonkier than the other, so during the cues, i had just enough time to juggle my dumbbells to modify each side’s weights. The cues really help, as do seeing the modifications. Many thanks for this great, and challenging workout! Now to go unfog my glasses & towel the dripping sweat off! 😂

This workout was tough and so goid, and I feel amazing! I'm proud of myself for not taking any of the standing options for the burpee exercises and the beast exercise. I still can't jump my legs back in the burpee so I stepped them back, and I just held the beast position with a couple breaks because I can't do the kick through move. I'm going to rest for a little while and then go do your new low impact cardio workout. Thank you for another amazing workout ❤❤❤!!!!!
